There's more to Giflor's 850 than meets the eye

  • Giflor

Giflor's 850 is a cap that has been designed to enhance the look and feel of a pack, offering outstanding advantages above those of standard disc-top closures. The patented cap is a double wall bi-injected flip top with a standard 24/410 neck.

The 850 flip-top is an ideal solution for e-commerce as it ensures a high level of safety during transportation and continued protection of the package during shipping, with no accidental opening. Furthermore, to reinforce this positive lock, an audible click is incorporated which guarantees a secure, tight seal.

Like many of Giflor's caps and closures, Giflor's 850 offers a higher level of sustainability compared to standard disc-tops. Model 850 is manufactured from PP and the single material makes it far easier to recycle when compared to standard disc-tops that are offered in both PE and PP.

The single material enhances the cap's sleek lines, offering an elegant, seamless finish to the closure so that it is the ideal complement for any packaging for enhanced impact on the shelf, catching the eye of the consumer and benefiting product sales.

The design of Giflor's 850 assures that no residue or oxidation of cosmetic product appears on the cap's orifice and it facilitates an immediate switch from a disc-top as the cap height is the same so that no modification is needed on the production line.

Key benefits of Giflor's 850 disc-top cap
